This notice explains how Keston Group handles personal information when you use kestongroup.com, contact us, or access related services.
Last updated: 6 August 2026
Who we are
Keston Group provides independent executive advisory across technology, cyber security and AI, including Technology Pulse™ and related Board-level counsel. For privacy questions, contact info@kestongroup.co.uk.
What this notice covers
This page covers the public marketing site at kestongroup.com (and related hosts), our contact form, and how we refer to the Technology Pulse client portal. The portal itself is at pulse.kestongroup.com and may be governed by additional client terms and access controls once you are onboarded.
Information we collect
- Contact enquiries. When you submit the contact form, we receive the details you provide — typically name, email, organisation context and the substance of your enquiry — so we can respond.
- Email correspondence. If you write to info@kestongroup.co.uk, we process the content of that exchange to handle your request.
- Technical and usage data. We use privacy-friendly site analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics). This helps us understand aggregate traffic patterns. It is designed not to rely on advertising cookies for basic measurement.
- Client portal access. If you become a client, portal credentials and engagement materials are handled under the client relationship and portal controls — separate from casual marketing visits.
Why we use it
We use personal information to:
- Respond to enquiries and arrange conversations
- Deliver advisory and Technology Pulse™ services where engaged
- Operate, secure and improve the marketing site
- Meet legal and professional obligations where applicable
Where UK GDPR / UK data protection law applies, we typically rely on legitimate interests (running an advisory practice and responding to professional enquiries) or steps prior to entering a contract, and on legal obligation where required. If we ever rely on consent for a specific optional use, we will say so clearly at the point of collection.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We use carefully selected processors to operate the site and communications — for example email delivery for contact form messages, hosting on Cloudflare, and Cloudflare Web Analytics. Access is limited to what is needed to provide the service.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to handle the conversation and any related follow-up, then deleted or archived according to ordinary business practice unless a longer period is required (for example a live engagement or legal requirement).
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict certain processing, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. To exercise a right, email info@kestongroup.co.uk. You may also contact the UK Information Commissioner’s Office if you have a complaint.
International transfers
Our primary operations are UK-based. Some infrastructure providers may process data in other jurisdictions under appropriate safeguards. Ask us if you need more detail for a specific engagement.
